Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders within 24 to 48 hours. We use Courier Post and the typical delivery time is 1-3 working days (Rural Delivery is 2-5 working days). Once your order has been collected you will receive an email with tracking details. On rare occasions, larger orders may ship via an alternative method.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders over $75.00 (including RD). For orders under $75, we offer a Flat Rate of $7.50 and Rural Delivery of $9.50

At Birth Power, we welcome orders from all over the world. Because international shipping is based on weight & size, we prefer to quote based on your order. When quoting international shipping we will quote you 2 x prices for postage & packaging.
(1)International Air (Economy) - a fast and affordable way to send your parcels overseas. There are no tracking details available using this method, but it is the most cost-effective way of sending internationally. Target delivery time is 3-10 working days
(2)International Courier (Courier) - An affordable and secure way to send parcels to 25 key countries worldwide. Tracking-signature required for delivery. Please be aware that this method can be expensive. Target delivery time is 2-6 working days
All prices quoted will be in NZD and includes the cost of packaging. Please note that you are responsible for any import or customs duties that may be applied to your order at the port of entry. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, or pay the customs duties on your behalf.
